When we came to know about Quan Yong (QY) and its undercarriage products, we felt that QY can be a potentially solid manufacturer to JSB undercarriage products only if QY could tap into our expertise in product quality requirements and our international sales coverage.

Within few years of cooperation, both Jemco and QY have found a mutual beneficiary working relationship hence we have officially appointed QY as our exclusive undercarriage supplier for JSB brand and Jemco has become the exclusive marketing representative for QY and JSB brands worldwide. Today, JSB´s undercarriage products are marketed globally and regarded as high quality replacement parts at competitive prices.

QuanYong Machinery Company was established in September1993 as a private enterprise entity. In 2002, it converted to a private and limited company under the name of Quanzhou City QuanYong Machine Development Co., Ltd. Later in 2004, it invested and formed YongChun County QuanYong Machinery Spare Parts Co. Ltd. Recently in 2008, it further established Fujian Province QuanYong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The three companies are located in Quanzhou Licheng District Jiangnan Town in YongChun County´s Tanhuashan Industrial Zone.

To date, the three companies have a combined fixed asset value of RMB140 million and total asset value of RMB180million. QY group of companies integrates casting, forging, machining operations and heat treatment in manufacturing Sprocket, Track Roller, Carrier Roller, Idler Assembly, Track Chains and other heavy equipment parts. Currently, QY is a major part supplier to many Chinese companies such as Shandong Woerhua Engineering Machinery, Shandong Kater Heavy Machinery, Hefei Zhenning, Guiyang Zhanyang and etc. Furthermore, our products have been successfully distributed to European Union, Americas and Southeast Asia countries. In 2007, we have achieved annual sales revenue of RMB130 million. For year 2008, we estimate our sales revenue would reach RMB180 million.

Human resource is the greatest asset of the company. As of today, it has about 500 employees, of which there are more than 10 senior engineers and half of them have more than 25 years of working experience in the industry. Besides, there are more than 50 senior and mid-level technicians with excellent academic background.

Today, all QY´s senior management personnel are equipped with international management skill and qualities. More importantly, to ensure its competitiveness in term of quality production and management the company continues to invest in its human resource by sending the selected few to distinguished institutions for higher learning every year.

The company is very well equipped of quality control testing labs on physical, chemical and mechanical inspections. Some of the testing equipments include; intelligent automatic carbon-sulfur analyzer, automatic element analyzer, Kim-Sang image analysis system, computer-controlled fluorescent magnetic detection machine, digital hydraulic universal testing machine, electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine, pendulum impact testing machines and etc.

QY´s factories are located in a total land area of 143,000m². It has a total standard factory built up area of 60,000m²(inclusive of under construction project), and a dormitory that can house 500 workers. The plants are equipped with 300 over units of the latest production facilities and machines for casting, forging, heat treatment, parts machining and mechanical assembly;

• Casting - there are 4 sets of casting production machines, and they can accommodate up to 10 metric ton per piece of steel casting.
• Forging - the 4 forging lines are equipped with J53-1600, J53-1000 double disc friction press; J36-400B, J36-315, J36-630 closed two-point press and EP-630, EP-1600, EP-4000 hot forging press machines.
• Heat Treatment - the company has 7 induction-heating machines for medium, high, and ultra high frequency requirement. The company also has box-type resistance furnace, pit-type resistance furnace and fully automated net-belt tempering furnace conditioning equipments.
• Parts Machining - there are 6 machinery process facilities of CNC vertical machining centers, 15 CNC-turn-broaching machines, 80 CNC horizontal lathes, and 200 other highly customized equipments.
• Mechanical Assembly - there are 2 parts assembly lines.

In our second phase of expansion plan, QY planed to invest RMB100 million to extend its annual production capacity to 500,000 sets with a total production value at RMB500 million. The new plant will cover a land area of 76,000 m2, and its basic infrastructure work is near completion by end of 2008.

QY not only relies on the advanced equipments and technology, but also its effective and efficient operational management skills to establish high quality assurance system in the company. Right from the input of raw materials to each and every process of production, stringent inspections and quality control are carefully carried out to meet the minimum standard and quality requirement. To address the non-conforming and defective products, a quarantine zone is set up for identification and rectification. Furthermore, the company has established a quality record keeping and training systems to constantly carrying out product quality analysis, monitoring and training regularly to ensure a continuous improvement on product quality.

QY´s factory has been approved for ISO9001 by the International Organization for Standard. 'QY' is the registered trademarks, which has now earned many awards such as Quanzhou´s 'Star Award' and Fujian´s 'Most Recommended Products and Services Award'.
